wedding/bridal cakes

All wedding/bridal cakes can be 1-tier, 2-tier or 3-tier high. Unlike our other cakes, I do recommend using buttercream frosting for this kind of cakes as they will most likely be required to be displayed in room temperature for extended period of time. Buttercream will also give a more sharper edges to detailed designs such as roses and flowers. Filling, I recommend non-fruit filling as it is no good in room temperature. Best choice will be berry jam or any type of cream filling. Incorporating edible flowers is a definite trendy choice also give the cake a more vibrate color. Some on site cake assembly might be required for multiple tiered cakes. Please allow 7-10 days for pre-orders.
